Thank you for subscribing to my email newsletter. Whether it was through download I offered or just to grab the pre-release of a new song, I appreciate your support. Now that summer is here - wow, or half over, I've been busy with live performances.

These consist of 3 hours of singing, guitar and piano playing. Performing is the fun part, for sure. Here, in Northern Virginia, agri-tourism keeps provides many opportunities for musicians to perform, especially on weekends. I love doing songs people can sing along to. I play classic singer-songwriter tunes from artists like James Taylor, The Beatles, Elton John, John Denver, Jim Croce and even some newer ballads by Dua Lipa.

I've been posting on YouTube clips from gigs called "shorts". (I have an idea for a new teaching video but haven't put in the work yet to finish.).

"Your Love Lasts" commemorates how 50 years ago God gave me faith. This was one of the most important things that ever happened to me since it set me on a different course than had I not been given that gift. The song has a relaxed country feel perfect for slowing down and reminiscing.
